PIXSYNC SUCCESSFULLY MANAGES 4 DAY AUSTRALIAN MEGA
CONFERENCE
Comprehensive photo coverage, with online downloads and express next-day
delivery
LJ Hooker, the Australian real estate giant, hosted her annual
International Conference from the 6th-9th August for all 600 elite property
agents. PixSync was engaged to provide professional events photography
services for this mega event, which spread over a number of different venues
ranging from the posh Shangri-la hotel ballrooms, to the snazzy Divine
Society wine bistro, and even the remote Zoo! And all these took place during a
public holiday season (Aug 9 was Singapore's National Day).
The client needed a suite of solutions which included next-day express
delivery of digitally-enhanced photos and hosting of all 2000+ photos on
PixSync's private web server
for their participants to purchase and download conveniently when they
return to their countries. In order to focus on the
immediate deliverables, PixSync decided not to charge the participants for
downloading the event photos and instead concentrate on the overall image
deliverables.
PixSync’s award-winning photography team and backend experts in digital
image processing responded rapidly by ensuring that the photos taken for
each day were delivered to LJ Hooker’s organizing committee by every
following morning. Further to this, all event photos were posted on a
private server within two days of the conference closing for all
participants to download. The speed and quality of service could only be met
through a dedicated team focused on the project's success.
