Turnkey Photo Workflow
Services for an Internal HR Marketing Campaign
Mercer is the global leader
for trusted HR and related financial advice, products and services. In mid 2008, PixSync was
engaged to plan, shoot (lifestyle), provide creative layout concept and produce
prints on large motivational posters for an internal marketing campaign aimed to bolster
inter-departmental relationship within the various Mercer Singapore
offices.
A critical aspect to the
project was in the conceptualizing of the “Photo Art Direction” for the
campaign. This was done after much discussion with Mercer and PixSync was able
to produce photos highlighting each individual’s unique character and strength.
The lifestyle shots capturing each participant’s expressions, along with office
props and appropriate background (colors) helped showcase Mercer’s employees in
a positively relaxed and confident mood.
“Eugene and Team have been
really helpful. We will keep them in mind for future photo-taking and printing
needs,” exclaimed Grace Chun of Mercer.
“PixSync was engaged to
photograph about 20 chosen representatives from various departments of Mercer.
The focus of the campaign was to foster closer collaboration within the many
working teams at Mercer, and also as a means of recognizing the contributions of
each individual “Champions”. The project theme (Value Posters) was thus focused
on the cultural aspect of the business and the can-do, positive working
attitudes of the employees.” said Eugene Choy, Co-Founder
of PixSync Photography. “Again, PixSync was presented with a tight dateline and
shooting schedule, but with the team’s combined effort and experience with
organizing many similar corporate lifestyle shots, we manage to complete the
project in good time. Much care was placed in the digitizing process to ensure
overall balance in color, levels and curves, including touch up on certain
facial features. As a result, the large posters prints (A2 size) were promptly and rapidly delivered
to Mercer just in time for display before their Principal’s visit from the
United States."
